Why choose this tour

This is our most complete trip in south-west Flores, for guests who want both Wae Rebo and Nuca Molas without rushing either.

Day one takes guests from Labuan Bajo to Denge and up to Wae Rebo for the welcome ceremony and a night in a Mbaru Niang. On day two, after breakfast with local families, we trek down, take a local boat to Nuca Molas and spend the afternoon at Lowok Beach, the lighthouse and savanna, and Labuan Taur Beach, with the night at a local inn.

Day three begins at 05:00 with a trek up Golo Donde Hill for sunrise, followed by breakfast and free time on Labuan Taur Beach before the drive back to Labuan Bajo.

Itinerary

1. Day 1Labuan Bajo to Wae Rebo

   • 07:30: hotel pick-up in Labuan Bajo
   • Drive to Denge village, about 4 to 5 hours, with lunch on the way
   • Trek up to Wae Rebo, about 2 to 3 hours
   • Waelu'u welcome ceremony; afternoon with the community
   • Dinner and night in a Mbaru Niang

2. Day 2Wae Rebo to Nuca Molas

   • Breakfast with local families; explore the village
   • Trek down to Denge; lunch
   • Local boat to Nuca Molas, 40 minutes to 1 hour, with a photo stop
   • Lowok Beach, then the lighthouse and savanna
   • Labuan Taur Beach; night at a local inn

3. Day 3Golo Donde sunrise and return

   • 05:00: trek to Golo Donde Hill for sunrise
   • Breakfast at the inn
   • Free time on Labuan Taur Beach
   • Drive back to Labuan Bajo and hotel drop-off
