See a Komodo dragon, or we refund you
In mating season Komodo dragons often hide, and many groups go home without seeing one. Our local guides know where to find them. If you join one of our Komodo trips and do not see a Komodo dragon, we refund you.
The refund terms are confirmed in writing when you book.
Why choose this tour
On most Komodo liveaboards the lowest-priced beds sit inside the hull, with no window and little fresh air. This trip uses boats built without a lower deck, so every cabin, shared or private, is on the main or upper deck with air-conditioning, a private bathroom and a window facing the sea.
The route covers the nine best-known places in Komodo National Park. Day one visits Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong Island at sunset. Day two starts with sunrise at Padar, then Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Manta Point and the Taka Makassar sandbar. On day three guests snorkel with turtles at Siaba before sailing back to Labuan Bajo.
Park entrance, conservation and ranger fees are paid before departure, so guests do not need to carry cash. A guide swims with the group at every snorkel stop, and first-time snorkellers get a short technique session in shallow water.
